born and raised in copenhagen, denmark, thomas juul-hansen received a bachelor degree in architecture from university of miami and a masters of architecture from Harvard university. after working as project designer for Richard Meier & partners, thomas juul-hansen llc was established in 2003. his clients to date include jeweler DAVID YURMAN for whom he designed the corporate headquarters in downtown new york city as well as the new retail stores throughout the United States. advertising guru DAVID LIPMAN for whom he designed a residence, the lipman agency in lower manhattan’s meatpacking district, and a private penthouse studio for lipman creative team. multi-media mogul DAMON DASH whose 5,000 sf. residential duplex was recently completed in Tribeca. renown chef JEAN-GEORGES VONGERICHTEN for whom he designed his Soho offices, a private 4,000 sf. loft residence on Perry Street, restaurant 'Perry St.', and redesign of his main restaurant JEAN GEORGES at columbus circle. restaurateur SASHA MUNIAK for whom he designed the new restaurant CENTRO VINOTECA in the west village. FAITH POPCORN whose townhouse he is renovating. the company is currently designing the interiors for HL23, a new condo building on 23rd street and 10th avenue in Manhattan by the city’s historical highline railway.
