a collaborative effort of jean georges vongerichten and the matsushita brothers of tokyo, the japanese soba restaurant matsugen serves as a renovation of the previous restaurant "66." the warm palette of custom furnishings within the restaurant are selected to contrast the exposed cast iron structure of the building.
