upper west side, new york city
anticipated completion 2016
drawing inspiration from neighboring structures on the upper west side, the articulation of the eighteen story residential infill block features handmade danish masonry brick work and solid mahogany framed windows. while the twenty-five unit building exploit the benefits of a glass building, it remains sensitive and responsive to the character of its surrounding context. all living areas feature fully operational fenestration with juliet balconies, while cascading stepped terraces on upper floors offer uninterrupted views of the hudson river.
